(More customer reviews)I have used two different protocols from this book, 1, RACE-PCR and 2, mutagenesis.These two methods were described very well, both theoretically and practically. The protocols were described in detail, were easy to follow, and they work! I'm sure that the other protocols in this book also work equally well. If you do PCR, you need this book!
