In fact, the book is organized in "Cascade style" ....poignant information that can be read in a non-sequential manner, so you can zoom in on specific areas of interest. David provides practical techniques that remind us that our focus should be on the deliverables & work products we produce. It's all too easy to fixate on (and be sheltered) by the administrative process (bureaucracy) than to get things done. I quote "Ends do not justify an means, but ENDs must be delivered". We deliver products, not tasks. Well said David & I heartily concur.
