(More customer reviews)Great stuff. Fournier's book fills a few big gaps in anyone's testing library. As a PM for software projects using a wide range of development approaches, I applaud his goal of coming up with an `agile' approach to testing that works wherever. And his emphasis on non technical skills (e.g. communication with analysts, maybe stakeholders) will help new testers make sense of their role. He has a no-nonsense writing style with lots of personal experience thrown in, plus tons of examples... These were a real help for me.
